Letter from the President

Thank you for taking the time to explore Alpha Omicron Pi at the University of Alabama at Birmingham! Our Zeta Pi Chapter is proud to uphold the values of our fraternity while fostering a culture that motivates women to lead with confidence, compassion, and ambition. Each day, our members challenge themselves to excel academically, serve their community wholeheartedly, and grow as leaders both on campus and beyond. The women of Zeta Pi are deeply involved throughout UAB and the greater Birmingham area. Our sisters take on leadership roles in organizations such as Order of Omega, Panhellenic Council, the Honors College, Undergraduate Student Government, Residence Life, and Mental Health advocacy initiatives, among many others. Service is a cornerstone of our chapter, and we are honored to support causes such as UAB Miracle, Relay for Life, and local outreach programs. Above all, we remain passionately committed to our international philanthropy, the Arthritis Foundation—a cause that is personal to many of our members and strengthens the bond we share as sisters.Alpha Omicron Pi is more than an organization; it is a lifelong sisterhood rooted in encouragement, resilience, and genuine connection. We celebrate individuality while standing united in our purpose to uplift one another and strive for excellence. Through shared experiences, meaningful friendships, and unwavering support, our chapter empowers women to discover their strengths and pursue their goals fearlessly. At UAB, Zeta Pi is a place where ambition is nurtured, leadership is cultivated, and every member is inspired to make a lasting impact.
